We warmly invite researchers, practitioners, and innovators to submit abstracts for presentations at the upcoming Aviation Twin Transition (ATT) Clustering event, to be held in Athens, Greece on 29.07.2025.
The deadline for abstract submission is June 25, 2025, with notifications of acceptance by June 30, 2025. Accepted presenters must register for the event by July 10, 2025 to confirm inclusion in the program.
Presentations will aim at showcasing the latest scientific research, relevant policies, or innovative programmes on green and digital aviation. Each presentation will last 15 minutes followed by a rigorous panel discussion with audience participation.
All accepted abstracts will be presented during the clustering event and published in the ATT Book of Abstracts, which will be distributed to conference participants.
About the presentations

Showcasing digital leadership in aviation (demonstrations and demo results)
New aviation business models and services
The following types of sessions are available for presenters:

Main messages: Two short (200 characters maximum) messages which summarise the main impact of the proposed presentation.
Prospective presenters are warmly invited to submit their abstracts via e-mail to refmap@futureneeds.eu, indicating the ATT topic they are submitting under.

All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Refmap project. Each proposal will be reviewed by 3 reviewers and scored on the basis of the following criteria:
Does the submission follow the structure/content suggested in the guidelines?
Is the information new enough and innovative?

Are the objectives of the presentation clearly defined?
Will the presentation stimulate thought or debate?
Is there a clear format for interaction and participant involvement?
